Other Kristi (as in, not me) – I think you are right. Blake is always trying to substitute cheese for ingredients like “bread crumbs” or “lettuce.” He just loves cheese that much.

YEAH! See! I am not the only one. I am glad to know that B is right there with me.

Brian and I are usually too busy with our lumberjacking, scotch drinking, beard growing and bare knuckle fighting to read up on the different types of lettuce. We can’t be bothered with such trivial items.

So, I read this post and laughed hysterically, and then called Brian in the room to share “a funny Blake story”. Just before I read it, though, I paused:

Me: “Wait… you do know what arugula is, right?”
Brian: “Ummm… isn’t it some kind of instrument?”

Blake’s not the only one who didn’t eat a lot of veggies as a child.

That’s my cuz…blissfully assuming that items he cannot identify MUST be cheese!!! In his defense, there is “chive” cheese and “garlic” cheese…..
